Our 90-day pilot is structured to generate measurable outcomes — staff time data, family satisfaction scores, vault completion rates — that you can take to your board or group management as internal justification for continuing. You should not have to make the case on faith.
If the pilot does not demonstrate clear value, we will tell you. No pressure to continue. No hard sell at day 91.
The pilot is divided into three phases. Each has a specific focus and concludes with a structured outcome report. You will never be in doubt about where you are in the process or what the data is showing.
White-label configuration. Staff onboarding session (45 minutes). First resident vaults created. Family invitation templates reviewed and approved. Your dedicated account manager introduced.
Vaults live across enrolled residents. Weekly account manager check-in. Day-30 outcome report: completion rates, family engagement, staff feedback, any issues surfaced and resolved.
Day-60 mid-pilot report. Day-90 full outcome summary: staff time recovered, family satisfaction, vault completion rates, ROI estimate. Decision meeting with your account manager.
Every outcome report is built around metrics that matter to your organisation — not to us. We do not report vanity numbers.
At day 90, you have three options — and we will lay all three out clearly in your outcome meeting. There is no default rollover into a contract.
Roll Memoari out across your full resident base on an annual contract. Pricing and terms confirmed in your day-90 outcome meeting.
If you need more time or more data — another 30 or 60 days at pilot pricing. No pressure to make a decision before you are ready.
If Memoari is not a fit, we part ways cleanly. Your data is exported and deleted. No invoice. No awkward conversation.
Once your pilot is live, residents, families, and staff each have a dedicated area. All three are web-based — no app download required.
Where residents and families manage everything. Sign in via invitation email or directly. Shows vault completeness and all stored items.
Residents record where their will is held and who the named executor is. Families can locate the original without searching — no will creation required.
Where your registered manager and authorised staff monitor estate preparation across all enrolled residents. Staff see readiness status only — never vault contents.
