Your account and data are retained for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to download everything. After that, your data is securely deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase under UK consumer law. After that, refunds are prorated for the remaining months.
Memoari generates a will template that meets the requirements of the Wills Act 1837 (England & Wales). You must sign it in the presence of two independent witnesses for it to be legally binding. For complex estates, we recommend consulting a solicitor.
