Why care homes choose Memoari

Better outcomes for residents, families, and your team.

Resident wellbeing

Completing a will and organising one's affairs brings profound relief to residents. Memoari gives them a compassionate, guided way to do this from their room — no solicitor visits, no family pressure.

Family trust

Families feel reassured knowing their loved one's wishes are recorded and safely stored. When the time comes, Memoari handles delivery — reducing family disputes and staff burden.

Staff efficiency

Your care coordinators get a clean dashboard showing which residents have completed their vault, which have designated contacts, and which have pending check-ins — without ever seeing the contents.

Duty of care support

Helping residents organise their affairs is an extension of excellent care. Memoari supports your CQC quality indicators by demonstrating proactive wellbeing support.

Simple to integrate, simpler to use

No IT project. No complex software. Three steps and you are live.

🖥️1

White-labelled portal goes live

We set up a branded Memoari portal with your care home's name and colours. Residents see your brand, not ours. Setup takes 2–3 business days after signing.

🤝2

Staff onboarding and training

Your dedicated account manager runs a 60-minute training session with your care team. Staff learn to introduce Memoari to residents and families, and how to read the dashboard.

💌3

Residents are invited — gently

We provide templated invitation letters and conversation guides. Residents who opt in receive their own private Memoari account. Participation is always voluntary.

"We introduced Memoari to our residents as part of our wellbeing programme. Within three months, over 60% had completed their vault. The feedback from families has been extraordinary — they feel relieved knowing everything is in order. Our care coordinators spend less time fielding anxious family calls, and more time caring."

Questions from care home teams

Can staff see what residents have stored in their vault?

No. The staff dashboard shows only completion status — whether a resident has a will, has designated contacts, and has completed their vault. The actual contents are always private to the resident.

What happens when a resident passes away?

Their designated contacts receive a secure notification and unlock link. The care home staff dashboard updates to reflect the change. There is no manual action required from your team.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. The £99/month covers up to 50 resident accounts, your white-labelled portal, staff dashboard, and your dedicated account manager.

What if we have more than 50 residents?

We offer bespoke enterprise pricing for larger homes and care groups. Contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

Is Memoari compliant with care home regulations?

Memoari operates under UK GDPR and follows NHS Digital data standards. We can provide a data processing agreement (DPA) for your records.

Can families create the account on behalf of a resident?

Yes, with the resident's consent. A family member can help set up and navigate the vault during visits, but the account always belongs to the resident and they retain full control.
